Moving with Clouds Mat Pilates classes will run in Buxton on Thursday. Our 45min classes are designed to have options for people at all levels. You’re invited to choose your own adventure throughout - take breaks as you need, move at your own pace and have a bit of fun. For December - February, we will be running our foundation classes with new classes being added over time. The Foundation class includes exercises that form the foundation for everyday strength and mobility. A focus on stabilising and body weight. This is the perfect workout for general health and wellness or as part of your overall fitness training.
