Welcome to Moving with Clouds! By booking or attending a class, purchasing a membership, or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all.
Bookings & Payments
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance via our website or booking system.
Memberships and class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
Concession rates are available to eligible participants (students, pensioners, healthcare card holders) with proof of status.
Subsidised places may be available for those experiencing financial hardship—please contact us confidentially to enquire.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class to avoid forfeiting the session.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the session.
If you arrive late, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist and your session forfeited.
Memberships & Class Packs
Moving With Clouds offers class packs, which provide access to a set number of classes at a discounted rate compared to single casual visits.
Class packs must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period and are non-refundable.
Class packs are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals.
Extensions may be considered for medical or compassionate reasons with appropriate documentation—please contact us directly to discuss.
All bookings using a class pack are subject to our standard cancellation and no-show policy.
Studio Etiquette
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and respect the start time of the class. Late entry may not be permitted.
All equipment is provided. Please bring a towel and water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
Injury & Participation
Your safety is our priority. Please inform your instructor before class if you have any injuries, ongoing pain, or health concerns that may affect your participation.
If you are recovering from injury or surgery, you must have clearance from your healthcare provider before attending classes.
Our instructors can offer general modifications and alternative exercises, but they are not medical professionals and cannot provide rehabilitation or specific injury treatment.
Participation in classes is at your own risk. If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any symptoms of concern during class, please stop immediately and inform your instructor.
Moving with Clouds is not liable for injuries sustained during classes except where required by law.
Inform your instructor of any injuries or health considerations before class.
Moving with Clouds reserves the right to restrict participation or request a medical clearance if required for your safety.
Pregnancy
Moving With Clouds welcomes participants at all stages of life, including those who are pregnant or postnatal.
If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, please let your instructor know before class so we can offer appropriate modifications and support your safety.
It is recommended that you seek clearance from your healthcare provider before participating in pilates classes during pregnancy or the postnatal period.
Our classes are not specifically tailored for pregnancy, so some movements may need to be modified. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but participation is at your own discretion and risk.
If you experience any pain, discomfort, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms during class, please stop immediately and alert your instructor.
Refunds & Transfers
Refunds are only provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Class packs and memberships are not transferable to another individual.
Changes & Communication
Moving With Clouds may update these terms and conditions as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
