CLASSES
Our 45min classes are designed to have options for people at all levels. You’re invited to choose your own adventure throughout - take breaks as you need, move at your own pace and have a bit of fun. We offer two class types, FOUNDATION and STRENGTH. The Foundation class includes exercises that form the foundation for everyday strength and mobility. A focus on stabilising and body weight. Our Strength class builds on from Foundation, adding weights, resistance bands and props to make it a little more challenging. Both classes are designed for all skill levels and adaptations and options are provided throughout the class.
Pilates is the perfect workout for general health and wellness or as part of your overall fitness training.
Walk-ins are welcome at our 27 Murchison Street location, however bookings are preferred as we have limited spots.

Subsidised places are available for participants experiencing financial hardship (confidentially, upon request).
