CLASSES

Our 45min classes are designed to have options for people at all levels. You’re invited to choose your own adventure throughout - take breaks as you need, move at your own pace and have a bit of fun. For December - February, we will be running our foundation classes with new classes being added over time. The Foundation class includes exercises that form the foundation for everyday strength and mobility. A focus on stabilising and body weight. This is the perfect workout for general health and wellness or as part of your overall fitness training.

CONCESSION PRICE

Concessions receive 15% off all full-price classes. Excludes any other discounts.

Subsidised places are available for participants experiencing financial hardship (confidentially, upon request).
