15min Beginner Mat Pilates Workout for Arms and Shoulder

This short beginner Mat Pilates workout focuses on shoulder mobility and strength, as well as arm strength. It’s perfect to add to one of my other workouts or by itself. These exercises focus on body weight but you can always ad wrist weights or dumbbells for a little extra strength.
